It's been really difficult for me to select just one image, and I'm sure it's been the same for the rest of the jury; amazing what can be accomplished with not too expensive or exotic equipment but a lot of patience and skills.
 
Anyway, there has to be a winner, and in this case it is image number 11, by Blajan Dorin, a really nice Jupiter taken with a webcam and a newtonian telescope - the image is extraordinary clean and well processed, congratulations Blajan! We hope the prize will help you in your future imaging.
