Sorry for delay.

I took the measure of the focal lens. I used as refer a neon 2.5 meters far and I was able to focus the image at 45-46cm. The clear diameter of the lens was 8.5 cm while the external diameter is 9.4 cm.

This mean a f ratio about f/5.3. Of course without being a doublet there will be very big chromatic aberrations but it used with a strict band filter, it could become usable.
