Da sigur, aia mai mici si rusii sunt pedepsiti si facuti sa intarzie, pe cand aia mari americanii capata raspunsuri si confirmari mult mai rapide. C-asa-i in tenis! 

Denis Denisenko (cred ca unul din reducatorii de pozitie a acestui asteroid) mi-a confirmat ca acest obiect este primul NEA descoperit oficial de surveyul lor MASTER care in trecut a mai vazut vreo 3-4 asteroizi (probabil MBAs) despre care insa MPC nu s-a pronuntat inca cine este descoperitorul lor (definitia de "descoperire" fiind foarte complicata in ziua de azi :) 

Iata mai exact ce zice Denis:

"No any NEA before! MASTER had only 4 asteroids so far, yet two of them 
were linked to the objects observed at previous oppositions, so nobody
knows who will be declared a discoverer. So this is our first NEO, and
immediately a PHA, yet with the MOID 10x shorter (0.0049 AU) than 0.05
AU formally required for being named potentially hazardous. 2013 SW24
is ranked 177th among 1430 PHAs sorted by the minimum possible
distance from Earth. Moreover, it is now listed among possible
impactors at NEODyS site of Pisa University! It was at JPL NEO risc
page, but was then removed after the 1st orbit update. But now
Italians find another possible impact in 2106. The possibility is very
small, of course.

There were several NEOs and one PHA discovered from other Russia-based
telescopes before, but the 1st Russian PHA was found by the amateur
astronomer Timur Kryachko on the private 30-cm AstroTel telescope
owned by Boris Satovski. So 2013 SW24 is the first PHA found by
Russian professional scientists working at Universities."
