Sigur ca privit prin ambele canale un reper foarte luminos va genera "x-ul" cu pricina. Efectul poate fi minimizat prin diferite depuneri si corectii insa nu poate fi eliminat in totalitate fiind prezent in toate binoclurile roof. Iata si confirmarea data de Holger Merlitz: These spikes became visible with all of our roof prisms. Each tube produces one such spike, and since they are angled, they produce a kind of cross when observing with both eyes. This is a diffraction effect at the edge of the roof prism (looking through the objectives, this edge is visible as a line, which may be very faint in high end roofs, but never invisible).
