These are truly premium grade telescope eyepieces!  These beautifully made 1.25" eyepieces have a 52 degree apparent field of view.  The 4-element, classic Plossl design lens system is fully multicoated to minimize glare and reflected light... meaning more of the faint light from celestial objects is transmitted through the system and into your eye or camera.  Fully multicoated means that all optical surfaces have been coated... not just the optical element facing the observer.

Each eyepiece is equipped with a fold down rubber eyeguard, anodized aluminum lens housing and the chromed insertion barrel is threaded to accept any industry standard 1.25" filter.  The interior of the eyepiece barrel also has machined-in light baffles and interior wall is coated "dead black" to greatly reduce performance degrading internal reflections.  As an added safety feature, each insertion barrel has a machined-in focuser lock retention groove. The 25mm and 40mm eyepieces are also equipped with a knurled rubber "sure grip" barrel. 

This set includes one each of the following eyepieces;  4mm, 6.5mm, 12.5mm, 15mm, 25mm and 40mm.  Yes, you are reading this correctly!  A 40mm Series 500 Super Plossl is included in this set.
