On 9:01:2009 UT9:16, t=-6C, Clouding 30%, No wind; UT15:30, A double Halo around the Moon with the first ring with an Radius (R) 4 Deg and the second ring with R= 6 Deg, first colored in bright orange, while the second had a thin blue ring. In the evening the Moon is 85%. At UT 16:00 the Halo was single, R= 4Deg. At UT 18:20 the ring was weaker. Clouding is increasing to about 95% or more. No Polar star could be seen. The wind is from N-N-W with a speed of few Degrees/min. At UT 19:20 the ring is still single. The clouding is at the same level. The Halo has finished at UT21:42, when the clouds rarified. Moon was at the Height H=86Deg and at the Azimuth A=14 Deg. On 10:01:2009 at UT 21:38 Halo with R=4Deg around the Moon due to clouds. Clouding ~60-90% Moon: H=80Deg, A=0Deg. Wind North. At UT 23:29 the width of the ring is increasing, t=0C. HALO around the STARS? 13:01:2009 at UT 17:07. No wind. No clouds except for very thin and far clouds , or of great altitude. I have observed a Halo around a star , which was West at H~23Deg,very bright ~ -4. It was as bright as the Venus in the maximums of its brightness. As I now the planet Venus should come down toward the Sun, it could not escape from the Sun more than about 47 Deg. Now I am recollect, that this vas not the first halo around the Venus. Many years ago (about 8 or 9) I have observed a similar phenomenon in the spring or summer, I have called to on of my friends, astronomers, in the night. He was very contrariated by my call. That time many of peoples asked me about UFO. I can tell you, that a halo around a bright star could be confused by an UFO. The star is increasing its size, due to halo. The halo I observed was white. No colors can be distiguished near the star with an unarmed. The halo was about few stars radii. I would like to mention that the Halo is due exclussively to clouds. Ca sa nu mai revenim la țigani, cred ca ar fi cei mai mari specialisti in Halo-uri lunare intrucât ei se mișca cu carele lor și noaptea, sau se incălzesc la ruguri in câmpie. Am fost recent la Dolna, unde Pușkin a întâlnit-o pe Zemfira. Din nefericire, însă locul de întâlniri era în pădure, astfel, că nu cred să fi observat Halo-uri, chiar dacă au petrecut nopți pe acolo. Zemfira într-adevăr putea să provină din satul vecin Volcănești. În esență am mai observat încă două halo-uri în jurul Lunii, la 9 și 10 ianuarie. Primul a fost unul dublu la ora locală 17:30. Pentru cei ce doresc să aprofundeze tema învățați vă rog orice limbă străină. În Rusia există un Institut întreg de optică a atmosferei, care se ocupă și de halo-uri, nemaivorbind de Marea Britanie și SUA. Nu există științe naționale. Toate științele sunt extranaționale. Alta e că știința poate fi scrisă și în limbi naționale. Literatura este doar una națională. Însfarșit, nu ar strica să avem tabelul vizibilității planetelor. Aș fi vrut să fiu sigur, că la 13:01:2009 am văzut un nimb în jurul planetei Venus, datorat unor nori de altitudine mare și foarte subțiri.
