Am trimis un mail observatorului Rozhen din Bulgaria sa ii intreb daca as putea privi prin telescopul de 2m. Aveti mai jos raspunsul: 

"Dear Visan,
  2 m telescope of the Rozhen Observatory is entirely busy with
scientific programs. No possibilities for single amateur to
get observing time.
  However, every summer a few amateur expeditions
are performed there with duration about one week.
The fellows of the expeditions observe meteors
and photo nice sky objects. They may look sometimes
through the 2 m telescope.
  The Public Observatory of Silistra, named "Galileo Galilej",
is very active and it organizes such summer expedition too.
I recommend you to enjoy yourself (and your friend(s))
to Silistra group"
