Corect, Timpul Legal Roman=UT+2h, dar TLR poate fi interpretat si ca Timp Local Roman. :twisted:  
Eu folosesc RST (Romanian Standard Time) si RDT (Romanian Daylight Time) cand imi notez momentul observatiilor...  :wink:
