De unde vine simbolul c al vitezei luminii

"Why is c the symbol for the speed of light?", and it is reasonable to think of c as standing for either "constant" or "celeritas".

Simbolul c a fost consacrat de celebra formula E = mc^2 insa il putem urmarii in trecut chiar pana la Euler sau Newton unde :

F = ma was dc = p dt, where c stands for "celeritas" meaning speed, and p stands for "potentia", meaning force.
